Vintage 60s Park East by Swirl light blue maxi dress. Ties at waist with white ric rac trim. Floral panel on front gives it an apron look. Back zips.

No size tag. Seems like a small. Measurements below laying flat:

Hips: 26”
Length: 54”

Has some light fading to blue fabric, not very obvious since it’s a light color. Has a few marks on lining (see photo), not visible when worn.
