I believe this pretty floral shirt is handmade. The style looks more of a 50s /60s design however the colors look more 70s. I am not sure what the fabric consists of. If you look closely there is gold thread throughout sewn in what looks like a heartbeat signal. It is very pretty! Fabric does not stretch. Garment can also be dated by the buttons. If you look under them they are metal and they say JAPAN and 3 letters I am having a hard time making out. It could be N.R.C. Shirt has buttons up the front and has a fit and flair waist. As for the sizing it fits nicely on my size 6 mannequin. It could probably go up to an 8 and down to a 4.
