This is a sexy halter maxi from the 60's by Jerell Jr. The sexy top is a halter style with white lapels. Hook and eyes close the neck. The bodice navy blue with silver metallic polka dots. Back metal zipper. The skirt is a soft a-line. Silver metallic belt included. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
