Brand tag has been removed, there's just a sliver of tag, I will say it reminds me of Carol Brent. No fabric content tag, just a bit scratchy like wool.
No size tag: model is 5'1" XS 31/25/34 for comparison, sweater was roomy on this size. Compare measurements on a similar sweater you own:
