1960's/1970's Ivory Sleeveless Blouse with Pom-poms and Knitted Fringe Hem

Ivory sleeveless shirt/blouse, with decorations of teal and yellow pom-poms on the front of the shirt. The hem is knitted possibly crocheted yarn of matching yellow and teal fringe. The knit has some stretch to it.
