1960's/1970's Ivory and Black Ruffled Dress

Two tone dress in ivory and black. The ivory bodice features a ruffle jabot neckline and ruffles cuffs as well, there are two layers of the ruffle.

Bodice is fully lined, sleeves are sheer.

Skirt is a simple black pencil skirt
