I bought this to add to a vintage letter sweater, if I ever found one ( or a jacket) that needed one, but I never had a purple or white sweater in need, but it may be just what you were looking for, to spruce up a jacket, or sweater, or backpack, whatever. I guess "P" is the name of the high school.... the fabric feels like wool, and the backing feels like a wool felt. Could use a cold water soak in woolite to brighten it up. .....or add to a sweater, and dry clean the whole thing, so colors don't run?
