Late 60s to 70s. The gray glass stones are known as "black diamond". The pear shaped stones are not foiled, but clear in backs, which are open in the setting to let light through. The 3 big emerald cuts MAY be foiled but backs are closed up so you can't see. Four aurora borealis rhinestones trim the whole. The shape is a rippled flower, so there's dimension here and it's rather interesting. All stones prong-set. Setting is goldtone. No maker marks! All original stones present. Ruler set for size. Will come in a gift box.
