This gorgeous 1960’s/ early 1970’s black velvet cocktail dress features a deep cowl-like neckline with a gorgeous reverse collar in the back. Stun in this absolutely perfect little black party dress by Gale Mitchell. The dress closure is a zipper up the back. Best fits size small, maybe a medium. Model is modern size 4/6.
