A gorgeous example of 1970's doing the 20's Art Deco style. I love the painstakingly hand beaded waist, the bubble skirt and the amazing gathered top. Feels like a rayon or polyester but there are no tags indicating such, just vintage Union tags. Super flattering and can be worn as a costume or to a formal night event. Made in the USA with ILGWU tags.
