Extra Deets: Elastic waistband. Pull on style. The woman who owned these was fairly petite. They're a little on the shorter side. However, I believe there's about 3 inches of fabric hemmed on the inside that could probably be let out toi make them longer. I don't know much about sewing, but attached a picture of this for reference.
