Gorgeous late 60s/early 70s Blue Velvet and Ecru Lace Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress with fishtail hem. Zips up the back with a hook and eye enclosure. Great condition. One tiny very light spot at satin at front which has not been treated.

Needs someone who can fill her out on top. Best on 36/37” chest- the rest of the dress looks great either form fitting or looser/empire waist style. Please refer to measurements below for desired fit.
