ITEM DESCRIPTION: Amazing vintage circle skirt with adjustable ties at the waist for a perfect fit. The rainbow ribbon stripes with white lace ruffle detail are so FAB! You won't be able to stop twirling around in this cutie :) Material feels like a cotton blend. Soft and medium weight. There are no tags so I believe this is handmade.

To tie the waist you tie the back two side sashes all the way around your waist in the front and then you tie the front two sides in the back for a seamless finish :)

Vintage sizing can tricky as the size listed on the tag of a vintage garment does not always reflect the actual size by today’s standards, so it is very important to measure, measure, measure! CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS LISTED BELOW against a similar item you own that fits you nicely. I recommend using a soft measuring tape and laying the garment flat on the floor. To measure the waist and hips with the garment laying flat, measure straight across the waistline/hipline and then multiply by 2 to get the around-the-waist/hip measurements.
