DESCRIPTION: This fringed-hem mod dress is from the "Bayberry" label, which made mid-range fashionable apparel. Dates to the late 60s to early 70s (carries the 1963 to 1974 Union label). Has a stretch-knit top with banded collar and black-and-white checked wrap-look skirt with off-center row of decorative buttons. And, of course, that yarn fringe around the hem! The skirt is made of a slightly heavier double knit that's not as stretchy as the top. Back nylon zipper and hook & eye closures at neck.
This versatile dress can be worn unadorned or accessorized up. Belt shown not included, but contact me if interested in it.
