60s/70s Vintage Rainbow Plaid Off The Shoulder Dress

A delightful little homemade dress if ever I did spy one! The dress is fully lined and made of one of my favorite patterns ever: rainbow plaid! Cotton fabric and dress is fully lined in silky green just for fun! Elasticized neckline is meant to be worn off of the shoulders. Flares out from the armpits. Looks great belted as well!
