60s 60s Navy Blue High Crown Derby Straw And Chiffon
Navy blue cello straw with narrow upturned brim. Deep bubble crown is covered in ruffles of navy blue chiffon fabric. Tucked down in the brim is a wide blue grosgrain hatband.
Interior is finished with a standard grosgrain ribbon and a base of stiff net.
No label.
Excellent condition with only some white residue on the inside where the label once was.
Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
