Body is fashioned in a novelty cello fabric, ivory in color. Deep flat crown with a structured wide ruffle brim. The back holds two beige velvet bows.

Interior is finished with a stiff net and uncovered wires.

As for the condition, the interior has discoloration and appears to be unfinished. On the outside just above the left side bow is a tiny spot of yellow aging. I have photographed these areas closely.

Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 18 inches.
