There are both hooks and eyes up the back for an absolutely secure fit. The crotch has snaps to make it easy to get in and out

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip

Bust from armpit to armpit: 30" up to 38"

Depth of cup: just about 4" from outside to center

Waist: up to about 32"

Hips: approx 34" up to about 45"
