This is the 1960s doing the 1920s! The cloche style hat made famous in the 20s came roaring back to popularity in the mid sixties as the “modsters” wore them a lot.

Very new when they were used here on this hat and would not have been cheap.

This is in fabulous vintage condition with the only small issue of a few exposed stitches on one side. This could be where another accent was or it could just be exposed stitching. Either way it does not detract from the hats general splendor.
