The chiffon drapes over a sheath dress underneath in a lighter blue color. Higher neckline in front, plunging V in back. There is a back zipper.

Belt not included.

Excellent to great condition. There is a bit of mild discoloration at the shoulders and again along the front neckline. The opaque layer underneath has some white splotches but they are unnoticeable with the chiffon over it. There are some small holes in the chiffon but the volume of the dress hides them pretty well.

Measurements when lying flat. Measurements given for this dress are of the sheath underneath. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
