Wonderful vintage 60s black scandal swimsuit by DeWeese Design of California.

Inspired by the Cole of California one piece scandal swimsuits.

The color is a deep rich black. I have lightened some photos to show you details.

Step in style with no zippers, hooks, or buttons.

Unlined except for the inside crotch (pictured).

There is not a built in bra, and the straps do not adjust.

Cased elastic inside the leg openings.

There is no fabric label - this appears to be a stretchy lycra/nylon blend.

CONDITION: Excellent - no odors, fading, discoloration, yellowing, rips, tears, snags, pics, or other issues. The cased elastic leg openings are in excellent condition with no dryness or loss of stretch.

Very gently worn and well cared for. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

Tagged a vintage size 12 (34 bra). However, as size designations have changed over the years, and based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Extra Small to Small (XS to S) best.
