This circa 1960s or 70s chunky choker necklace with with tank tracks chain has a Roman or Classical Revival feel to it, based on the design of the circular center medallion. While the wide chain is all gold-toned metal, the medallion mixes gold and silver metals with bezel-set sapphire blue rhinestones. The necklace fastens with a hinged clasp and is quite solid and heavy, a high quality piece of vintage costume jewelry! It is in very good condition, with a tiny bit of wear to the folding clasp from normal use.
