Striking 1960's Red Faux Suede Ruffle Jacket and Matching High Waisted Skirt. Jacket has gathered shoulder and shoulder pads. Pretty ruffle detail and hidden neck closure. Jacket and skirt are both lined with a red satin. High waist skirt has gathered waist with back zipper and hook closure. This outfit was handmade and no tag. Chest measures 20"across layed flat with ruffles touching. It's meant to be worn slightly open. Sleeves measure 23"from shoulder seam. Skirt measures 13" flat at natural waist. Hips measure 20" flat. Fits size small best. Good condition. No tears, fading or stains.
