It finishes in wrapping, tulip skirt ankle length hem (depending on your height) , allowing your legs to peak through the slit as your grace the party with your presence! It is fully lined and slinky smooth to move in. It closes via a hidden zipper in the back and it has it's original vintage union label inside.
