The sleeveless, V-neck bodice is shaped by bust darts. A wide satin sash with front bow (attached/not removable) hides the fitted waist seam. Below the waist, the knee-length skirt is gathered slightly at the top, and gently flared to the rows of ruffles at the hem (which are applied over the rayon velvet fabric). The dress closes in back with nylon zipper and is lined in black rayon taffeta. In very good condition, this fun and flirty 1960s party dress has a bit of fading to the left side of the hem ruffle (see close up and side view photos), which should not be very noticeable when the dress is worn. It is priced accordingly, and still quite wearable, with no other issues to note.
