An authentic 1960s "scooter dress". It looks like a cute little flapper style Mod minidress, but the flippy skirt is actually shorts, allowing you to ride your Vespa without fear of showing the good china! The fitted drop waist bodice has a wide banded collar that stands up a bit. A faux placket is accented by gold metallic buttons. The skort part is short, and flares dramatically, very comfortable and cute.
