Has a spiral of stuff ribbon in the middle. Label reads: Lion, and says its Union Made. Grosgrain band inside and a stretchy black string to go under the chin to hold it to the head. 21" round the inside.

Excellent condition. Some minor smudges here and there on the ribbon bits.
