Vintage 1960's Halter Summer Dress. Red and white polka dot pattern on halter top dress. Halter has double button closure at back of neck. Striped red, white and blue with bottom skirt ruffle. Red metal zipper closure with hook and eye to secure at high waist. 100% cotton with no stretch. Chest measures 16" across flat. High waist measures 13" across at top of zipper. Hips are open and flowy. Skirt measures 37" from waist. Nice beautiful condition. This dress was not worn many times. There are couple tiny tiny light dots of discoloration on skirt but hard to find.
