Sweet scoop neck with elastic that can be worn on shoulders, puff peasant sleeves, fitted elastic waist and flare full skirt. 100% Cotton. No size tag. Chest measures 20" across. Hight elastic waist measures 9" and stretches to 16" across flat. Length of skirt of dress measures 28. 5" from waist to hem. Beautiful condition. No stains, rips or discoloration. There are a tiny couple stitches pulled at on elastic waist but not noticeable. Overall amazing beautiful piece to add to your wardrobe.
