Gorgeous blue and green floral patttern chiffon top layer with solid green layer underneath. Sheer pale neckline with a sheer overlay cape-type detail in the floral material. V-shaped back with a rosette that fastens over the top of the zipper. Metal zipper. One small section along the seam connecting the zipper is coming undone (see pictures). Some very small holes on cape part (see pictures). Despite the some wear/flaws the dress presents beautifully and is wearable. Sold as is. No tags, see measurements for best fit:
