From one of America's oldest costume jewelry manufacturers, comes this South Asian inspired necklace...

This heavy weight gold color necklace is from the prolific costume jewelry company, Lisner. It consists of a round linked chain, and heavy swinging pendant. This pendant is bedecked with a South Asian style (Sri Lanka? Thailand?) Bas Relief featuring flowers, crescent moons, and two fanciful fish (coy fish?). The bottom of this spade-shaped pendant has five little dangling charms, in matching gold color. The back is marked 'Lisner', which changed its company name in the mid-70's, dating it to before then. The overall condition is excellent, with light signs of tarnishing/metal discoloration from wear. It does seem that there also may have been two more dangling charm pieces, as there is some evidence of them possibly having been present -but this does not detract from the beauty of this piece at all.
