60's Floral Needlepoint and Petit Point Handbag

This Custom Made Floral Needlepoint Bag is Exquisite. The needlepoint is a beautiful floral design on both the front and back, bottom, and both sides. The Center Design is Petit Point and depicts Pink and Yellow Roses on the the back and front. It is bordered by a chain of smaller roses. The bottom and sides also have the smaller roses. The kiss closure looks like a pearl covered with gold trim. This is a signature closure for the Christine Handbags. The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. It is lined in bright fushia silk with the signature pockets that are pleated. The back side has one long slide pocket and the front side has two smaller slide pockets.

This handbag will hold any size cell phone plus all your other necessaries.

NEAR MINT Condition - This Lovely is almost Perfect. Over the years the closure has become just a little harder to close. It is fine if you give it a slight amount of pressure. Each end of the frame sits just slightly open (see the next to the last photograph). The price is reflective of this little foible. Please remember vintage goodies are not new. Each carry traces of those who have loved and enjoyed them in the past.
