There is no fabric tag but it may be a wool or wool blend. Inside lining has some mild discoloration but that does not transfer to the outside fabric and is not noticeable when worn.

There is no size tag but sizing is very generous and could easily fit a M/L and possibly up to XL please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
