Made of blue cotton with charming white embroidery and a bow on the front of the dropped waist. Short Sleeves, metal zipper up the back. No label.

Excellent condition. No holes or tears. There are two very faint shadowey patches on the back of the skirt. One is about the size of a fifty cent piece and the other is about twice that.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
