These stretch but only vertically, there's no stretch in the waistband and not much if any through the hips. But they will stretch in length. These measure 26" at the waist, 38" through the hips, inseam is 29" long and outside seam is 39" long, including the stirrup, but unstretched. Leg opening is 6. 5" in diameter. Front rise is 13" and back rise is 15". I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very differently than modern pants. Pants have hidden metal hook on waistband, nylon side zipper, flat front, and no pockets. Fabric is 60 % rayon, 40 % nylon, unlined, in a ribbed weave. Has original hang tag. Mint, unworn condition with no holes or stains. True color is bright lime green.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
