The perfect gift for any vintage lover...

This sweet little coin or change purse is made of a lightweight woven fabric and features a depiction of a classical style painting. In this painting scene we have a gentleman in the upper left corner with an older-style (almost Renaissance style hat -with plumage) costume that evokes Dutch or Flemish styles, while the ladies/girls in the rest are adorned in more English and French style costume. I was not able to find out anything about the original painting, nor is there any information about where this coin purse came from. No labels or maker's marks present. The inside is lined with a brilliant red fabric and the gold color metal frame features a kiss style lock. Overall condition is excellent to very good with only light wear to front corner areas.
