If Holly Golightly was going to wear a sparkly little cocktail dress this would be it. This is the most adorable cocktail dress my eyes have laid upon. There are no tags anymore but I would not be surprised if it was a higher end designer of the time. It's a nice thick cotton blend and the rhinestones are gorgeous and not one is missing. Put the hiar up in a sleek chignon and you're ready or Breakfast at Tiffany's!
