Brand: Valerie Modes

Has a pretty gold and white metallic beaded hatband that appears to have been added later and is held on with a long pearl tipped hat pin. Both are included in the listing with the hat. Stamped inside, says, Henry Pollak, Inc, New York. and there is a label that reads Valerie Modes.

It measures 17. 5" inside and is meant to perch atop the head like a fascinator and has a black band to hold it on.

Excellent condition.
