Fabulous Bonnie Cashin for Sills boucle knit cape with shawl collar and leather trim, likely made in the 60s. Brown and black boucle knit/unlined/black leather trim/dry clean only. Features a large shawl collar, dog leash fasteners, leather trimmed arm holes and hidden pockets inside. Cashin is one of the featured American designers at the Met Costume Institute exhibition and with good reason: her innovative designs continue to influence designers to this day! Preowned/vintage with some signs of prior use and wear: patina to hardware; some marks to leather trim, hard to see when wearing but evident if inspecting closely. One size fits most: shoulders - 16in; shoulder to hem length - 40in.
