Rare and beautiful turban style hat made by the fashion house of Schiaparelli in a striking dark blue velvet with black ribbons and beading and a black satin band around the head. The opening measures 21 1/2” around, so this hat should fit a small sized head 6 3/4 to 6 7/8. Circa 1960's.
