Beautiful blue tulle cloche style hat. The base is a stiff net wrapped in layers of blue netting. Hatband is a blue velvet and the front holds a blue silk rose.

No label other than a union tag.

The only condition issue is some soiling on the inside.

Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside it is 18 inches.
