Vintage 60s formal dress by Mike Benet, made of excellent quality polyester lace in powder blue. Fitted bodice embellished with flower power sequins, high waist, scoop neckline, fantastic sheer bell sleeves with accordion pleats, accordion-pleated skirt, soft & supple gray-blue lining (possibly rayon), and rear metal zipper closure.
