An adorable blue dress with an interesting polka dot pattern. Features a neck tie collar, a thin string to tie at the waist and button up top. The tulip shaped sleeves are my favorite! Material is lightweight, but textured and fairly stretchy. It is a bit softer on the interior, but may be more comfortable with an added layer in between. Dress is in lovely condition, aside from a few small runs in the fabric on the front toward the bottom.
