Vintage 1960s dress. Union made. Blue with contrasting green panel inset. Crew neckline. Long sleeves. Bow detail on one shoulder. Large inset pleat in front that gives a peek a boo of the green color. Matching tie belt. A-line silhouette. Back zipper closure. No material tag but feels like a jersey knit possibly cotton poly blend.

Great vintage condition with 2 sections of the hem that need to be sewn. One is about 4" in length and the other 3". Shown in the last photo. Completely wearable as is.
