Stunning vintage 1960s black wool skirt suit by Geoffrey Beene for Henry Harris. Tailored jacket with three round buttons and snap on to accentuate the fitted waist. Original leather belt. Faux pockets. Notched lapel with rounded edges. A-line skirt with chiffon lining. Side zipper. Substantially heavy and thick wool provides great structure, luxuriously lined. Very similar to the style and quality of Lilli Ann designs of the same era. A truly amazing piece.
