Fabric is a high sheen wide weave black raffia straw. Deep crown with curled brim holding a large front bow.
Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon and a stiff net.

Inner circumference is 21 inches. Crown rises 5 inches and brim extends 3 inches in the front.
