Item description: 1960s black velvet dress by famed designer Malcolm Starr. Classic shift style. Neckline and hemline are trimmed in a silk faille with gold and silver cording with glass crystal rhinestones. All rhinestones are in place and attached securely. Back metal zipper with a hook and eye closure. Two hidden front pockets. Dress is in great condition.
