Vintage 60's black velvet dress; Fitted sheath silhouette with scoop neck and half sleeves.

Neckline and shoulders feature an off the shoulder overlay that looks like a bow and is trimmed with white faux pearls.

Dress is fully lined and has a back nylon Ideal zipper. 8" back vent.

No rips, tears or stains. Missing about 2-3 faux pearls on one side. Only identifying tags are the size tag as shown. Estimate of a modern 8 based on actual measurements. Velvet is either cotton or polyester.
