Vintage 1960s or early 70s Maxi Dress with black velvet top and sheer metallic floral skirt. Top has gold brocade, empire in front, longer in back. Skirt & sleeves are gold and multicolored lined in black. Lovely with balloon sleeves, fitted at top and full to wrist. Elasticized at wrists.

CONDITION: Excellent for it's 50 something years, I find no flaws
