Defined high waist with interior elastic for a perfect fit.

The bottom is gathered where it is sewn to the waist seam creating the look of a short skirt with two wide rows of scalloped black rose Chantilly lace as pictured.

Ties closed at the center front waist with two double-layered black nylon chiffon ties.

Unlined and very sheer.

CONDITION: Excellent. There are no pills, stains, odors, discoloration, fading, rips, or tears. There are a few scattered tiny pics on the bottom which blend in with the gathering and are not noticeable at all.

SIZING: Tagged a vintage size Small. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Medium to Large.
